Is Your Photo Worth $500?*

Our 2017 Photo Contest runs March 1 – July 31, 2017. Submit your most impressive photographs to photo@schools.org for a chance to win $500 and have your photo published in our 2018 Member Photo Edition calendars.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Submit high resolution (8x10 print quality or higher / 300 dpi) digital photos to photo@schools.org. Please attach digital photos to the email; do not include photos in the body of your email.
  • Submissions must include your name, phone number and a photo description (Note: Schools will not use your personal information for any reason other than to communicate with you about the contest).
  • Horizontal submissions are necessary for calendar consideration. Vertical submissions can be used in other marketing materials.

A panel of seven judges will choose the photos based on quality, composition, creativity, overall impression and cohesion with other submissions to form a theme. By submitting a photo, you are agreeing to the Official Rules of our Photo Contest.

*Consumer Disclosure: “Photo Contest”: One prize of $500 will be awarded in the form of a Schools Counter Check. Odds of winning are based upon the number of entries, which are estimated to be 1 in 1,200. All entrants must be members in good standing, eligible per Credit Union policy and at least 18 years of age. Credit Union officials, employees and their families are not eligible to receive cash prizes. Entries are accepted through July 31, 2017. By submitting a photo, you are entering the Photo Contest, agreeing to the complete Official Rules of the Photo Contest and granting the Credit Union the right to identify you as the owner of the photo. Schools Financial reserves the right to edit photos, and based on quality of submissions, we may not choose to publish the winning photo in our 2018 calendars. Click for complete Official Rules.
