Time Off & Paid Holidays
Schools Financial offers generous sick leave and vacation time plans, and vacation time increases the longer you work at the Credit Union. In addition, employees enjoy paid holidays throughout the year.
Babies in the Workplace
This program encourages new mothers and fathers to return to work sooner by allowing them to bring their infant to work until the infant is six months old or crawling. Schools Financial is one of an approximate 200 companies in the country* providing this benefit!
Take Your Child to Work Day
Employees are encouraged to bring their child to work to develop their understanding of career opportunities, as well as to learn about the Credit Union and its long history in the communities it serves.
We care about the communities we serve and the employees who serve them. The Credit Union encourages its employees to volunteer within the communities they work and live in. Schools Financial provides each employee with paid time off during scheduled work hours to provide community service and to participate in a child’s school activity.
