  • Receives and reviews DMV documentation, including private party paperwork that is sent from the branch offices. Reviews all forms required to perfect liens. Receives and processes corrections from DMV and makes the corrections.
  • Processes ownership title transfers.
  • Maintains central filing system for paper titles.
  • Requests registration and change of ownership title from Department of Motor Vehicles or agencies in other states. Researches delays in registration, title of ownership transfers or required changes.
  • Completes all necessary forms and documents needed to process title transfers, bill of sales, smog certificates, power of attorney, and statements of fact and name changes.

  • Tracks and maintains spreadsheet for restitution checks received. Completes and submits posting voucher for crediting to appropriate GL and/or account.
  • Handles routine requests for information and confirmations from outside parties. Obtains documentation from branches/departments and processes accordingly.
  • Assists the VP Audit and Security with maintaining and tracking of the Credit Union's Insurance Policies. Files, tracks and monitors claims. Claims include property damage to any of Schools Credit Union locations, branch slip and falls, other types of accidents requiring insurance coverage, etc.
  • Creates, proofs, edits and finalizes member correspondence and miscellaneous correspondence for approval of Vice President Audit & Security.
  • Responsible for balancing department GLs assigned to the Audit & Security department and completes and submits monthly reconciliation for approval

Skills and Experience include the following:

  • Assists with reporting, testing and problem resolution, as needed, and troubleshoots errors members encounter when performing transactions at schools.org. As needed, coordinates research with third party vendors via Web Ex sessions if needed, in order to resolve technical issues.
  • Promotes and maintains quality member service at all times. Cultivates relationships with department and branch personnel to develop a team atmosphere within the Credit Union.

Required Skills and Experience include the following:
