1. What is Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking enables you to connect to your Schools accounts from your mobile phone, tablet or other hand-held device. You can easily access your balance information, transfer funds, pay bills (with FREE Schools BillPay), make deposits or even find a branch or ATM.

2. What type of accounts can I access with Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking provides access to your Schools accounts, including first mortgages and Platinum Visa Credit Card accounts.

3. How much does it cost?
The service is FREE — Schools does not charge a fee for Mobile Banking. Your mobile carrier may charge you for web access. Contact your carrier for details.

4. What devices are supported, and where is the service available?
Mobile Banking is supported on Apple, Android and most web-enabled devices. Click here for a list of supported devices. Mobile Banking is available within the U.S.

5. What do I need to start using Mobile Banking?
All you need is your SchoolsOnlineSM username and password. To sign up for SchoolsOnline, click here, or call 916-569-5400 (Sacramento area) or 800-962-0990 .

You can also access your accounts by using our browser-based mobile banking platform. Just type schools.org in the browser's address bar and sign in with your SchoolsOnline username and password.

7. What's the difference between the browser version and the app?
The app has more features. MobileCheck,SM Schools' mobile deposit feature, is only available through the app. MobileCheck allows you to take a photo of any check (front and back) and deposit it into your account. No need to visit a branch or ATM! There are also other features like Quick Balance and Fingerprint Sign In.

9. What should I do if I lose my device?
Change your online banking password immediately. Report the loss to your mobile carrier, and ask them to disable the lost device. As always, whenever there is a possibility of unauthorized access to your account you should watch your account closely to ensure no unauthorized transactions appear.
